• We continue to follow all CDC and Department of Health guidelines.

• We require all team members, maintenance technicians, guests, and third-party contractors to wear masks while in the leasing offices, common areas, and entering spaces for inspection and/or service.

• We strongly encourage the use of online services whenever possible to reduce in-person contact. 

• Please follow all directional signage placed on stairwells, entrances, exits, elevators, floors, etc. to promote social distancing.

• We have contracted professional cleaners to clean and sanitize public spaces on a regular basis. In between professional cleanings, all team members are working together to continuously wipe down high touch areas.
